CANCELLATION RIGHTS

Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are properly packaged to prevent damage during transportation. If returned products arrive damaged or in unsuitable condition, Bagstate may be unable to issue a refund.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

If a cancelled order is not returned to Bagstate, we reserve the right to arrange collection at the customer’s expense.

We reserve the right to take action against accounts showing unusual return activity, including excessive returns, repeated use of products before returning them, or returning items that do not match the original order.
