These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Bagstate website.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Bagstate is operated by Agata Stefanovič under individual activity registration in Lithuania.

Products

Bagstate sells original canvas tote bags featuring designs created by the brand owner.

All designs are original creations of Bagstate and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your device screen settings.

Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Bagstate reserves the right to cancel an order if:

• incorrect pricing information was displayed due to an error;

• the product is unavailable;

• payment cannot be successfully processed.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been made, you will receive a full refund.

Payments

Payments are securely processed through Stripe and Paysera.

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in euros (€).

Prices may change at any time; however, changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Delivery

Orders are prepared and shipped according to our Shipping Policy.

Once an order has been delivered to the address provided during checkout, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.

Intellectual Property

All Bagstate designs, images, logos, and website content are protected by intellectual property rights.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use Bagstate content without written permission.

Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

Any disputes will be handled according to applicable Lithuanian and European Union consumer protection laws.
