RETURN POLICY

At Bagstate, we want you to love your tote bag. Every order is carefully prepared and checked before it leaves our hands, but if something isn’t right with your purchase, we’re here to help and will do our best to find a solution.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Under EU consumer protection rules, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.

To request a return, please contact us at contact@bagstate.eu within this period and include your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide further instructions for sending your item back.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• unused and unworn;

• in its original condition;

• returned with any original packaging where applicable.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for products that have been damaged, used, washed, or altered after delivery.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product so we can review the situation and arrange a suitable solution.

In these cases, Bagstate will cover the return shipping costs or provide a replacement where appropriate.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

If you decide to return an item for reasons unrelated to a defect or mistake on our part, the return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

All returns must be sent to our official return address in Lithuania. Please contact us before sending any items back so we can provide the correct return instructions.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
