Right to Withdraw

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be unused and unworn

• Be in its original condition

• Not have been washed, damaged, or altered

• Include original packaging where possible

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Bagstate cannot be responsible for returned items lost during transportation.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Incorrect or Defective Orders
