SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently ship orders to Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. We’re working on expanding our delivery options to more countries in the future, so stay tuned.

All orders are prepared and shipped from Lithuania. We aim to process every order within 24 hours after purchase. Once your order has been shipped, it will be delivered using a tracked shipping method, so you can follow its journey from us to you.

DELIVERY TIMES

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control, such as high order volumes, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unexpected circumstances.

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please allow up to 10 additional business days for delivery before contacting us. If you still have not received your order after this period, please get in touch and we’ll help resolve the issue.

SHIPPING PRICES

Shipping costs depend on the destination and selected carrier:

• Lithuania: €2.49–€2.69

• Latvia: €4.49–€4.99

• Estonia: €6.49–€7.49

The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout once you enter your delivery address and select your preferred delivery option.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

All Bagstate orders include tracking. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.

Please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become available.
