How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually packed and shipped within 24 hours on business days. Delivery time depends on your location:

• Baltic region: 1-2 business days after dispatch

• Poland: 2-5 business days after dispatch

• Germany and Netherlands: 3-5 business days after dispatch

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can return unused items within 14 days of receiving your order. The tote bag must be in its original condition with no signs of use. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship across Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Germany, and the Netherlands. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.

What are your tote bags made of?

The tote bags are made from 100% durable cotton canvas.

Will the print fade after washing?

Our prints are made to last, but proper care helps keep them looking their best. Wash your tote bag inside out at a low temperature, avoid bleach, and let it air dry whenever possible. Do not iron directly on the printed design.

Are the designs printed in Lithuania?

Yes. All of our designs are created and printed in Lithuania.

Do the colors look exactly like the photos?

We do our best to show the colors as accurately as possible. However, slight differences may occur due to individual screen settings and lighting.

Can I wash my tote bag?

Yes! We recommend washing it at 30°C on a gentle cycle or by hand. Avoid tumble drying to help preserve the fabric and print.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments through Stripe and Paysera. The available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

What if my order arrives damaged or there's a problem?

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
