Order Processing

At Bagstate, we aim to prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 business hours of purchase on business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, promotional periods, or other periods of unusually high demand.

Currently, Bagstate ships orders within:

• Lithuania

• European Union countries

We may expand our shipping destinations in the future.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed:

Lithuania

• Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

European Union

• Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather conditions, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Providers

Orders may be delivered using trusted courier partners, including:

• Omniva

• DPD

• LP EXPRESS

The available delivery options and prices will be shown during checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your delivery destination and selected shipping method.

We offer free shipping for orders over €50.

Delayed or Lost Packages

Bagstate is responsible for your order until it is delivered to you.

If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us at info@bagstate.eu. We will work with the shipping provider to investigate the issue and find an appropriate solution.

If a parcel is confirmed as lost by the shipping provider, we will offer a replacement (if available) or a refund.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@bagstate.eu and provide photos of the damaged product and packaging.

We will review the situation and work with you to resolve the issue.
